General Manager-QSR

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for quality breakfast, big burgers, and southern hospitality? We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to take the reins of our Greenwood location. As the General Manager, you will be the heart of the restaurant. You’ll be responsible for everything from the early morning scratch-made breakfast to the late-night rush, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring food safety, quality control, and exceptional service standards are met at all times.
  

• Team Building: Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, performance reviews, and fostering a culture of pride and hard work.
  

• Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the store's P&L. You will manage labor costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability.
  

• Brand Excellence: Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and that all equipment is in top working order.
  

• Community Connection: Engage with the Greenwood community to build local brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2–4 years of General Management experience in a high-volume QSR environment. Experience with breakfast dayparts and scratch-made products is a major plus.
  

• Leadership: A proven track record of developing assistant managers and crew members into leadership roles.
  

• Results-Oriented: A strong understanding of restaurant metrics (COGS, Labor, Speed of Service) and a drive to exceed targets.
  

• Work Ethic: A "lead by example" approach. You aren't afraid to jump on the line or help at the window during peak hours.
  

• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Base salary of $60,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience).
