Job Summary Responsible for supporting production planning activities to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, monitor inventory levels, and contribute to the execution of production plans aligned with business objectives. Ideal for entry-level talent with strong analytical skills and interest in manufacturing operations. About your role Support the development and execution of production plans based on demand forecasts and customer requirements Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or delays Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems related to planning and inventory Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation Generate reports and KPIs related to production performance, inventory, and service levels Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process About you Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (recent graduates or entry level candidates welcome) Basic understanding of supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus Effective communication and teamwork skills Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset Experience through internships, residencies, or programs like University Challenge is a strong plus Littelfuse is an equal opportunity employer committed to empowering every associate to make a difference - everywhere, every day. #LI-VPGM At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
