BIM Manager

A nationally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital project delivery initiatives and support BIM excellence across project teams. This role combines technical leadership, process development, training, and hands-on project support to ensure consistent, high-quality BIM implementation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with deep Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud expertise who is passionate about driving innovation, efficiency, and technology adoption throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM execution planning, standards implementation, and quality control efforts across multiple projects and teams. Mentor and support Project BIM Leads, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project delivery. Conduct model audits, QA/QC reviews, clash detection, and consultant coordination to ensure model accuracy and interoperability. Manage BIM content libraries, digital assets, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments, and related technology platforms. Develop and deliver BIM training programs, workflow guidance, and best practices for project teams. Evaluate emerging technologies, software tools, and process improvements that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of BIM management, digital delivery, or project BIM leadership experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM project delivery workflows. Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, QA/QC processes, and consultant collaboration. Experience leading BIM implementation from project kickoff through project completion. Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino, and related design technology platforms is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
