AI Solutions Engineer

Position: AI Solutions Engineer Location: Columbus, OH Job Id: 1195 # of Openings: 1 Job Summary We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to help employees and teams across the company use AI to solve business problems and improve productivity. This role will work directly with teams to understand needs, recommend practical AI approaches, build prototypes, implement automations, and launch working solutions. The role combines problem solving, solution development, and close partnership with business teams to move ideas into production use. The role will also identify repeatable opportunities across the company, promote reuse of effective solutions, and help teams learn from one another rather than duplicating effort. This role is expected to be based in a RevSpring office location, with preference for Nashville, TN or Columbus, OH. Essential Functions Meet with employees and teams to understand business problems and AI opportunities Recommend practical AI tools, workflows, and implementation approaches Build prototypes, automations, and other working solutions Implement solutions with teams and resolve issues during rollout Troubleshoot challenges and remove blockers that slow progress Teach users how to apply AI effectively in day‑to‑day workflows Identify repeatable use cases that can be scaled across multiple teams Reduce duplicated effort by promoting shared tools, templates, and solutions Help build an internal AI marketplace / catalog of approved tools and use cases Stay current on new AI capabilities and assess where they can create value Work with IT, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to scale proven solutions Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 3+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, product, automation, technology, or related fields Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Specific Job Skills: Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms Experience building prototypes, automations, workflows, or internal tools Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and move ideas into execution Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment with changing priorities Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
