Home Infusion Nurse

Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications, including IV infusion, in patients’ homes Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes Requirements Active RN license in the state of practice At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region Ability to work 24 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in administering specialty medications and IV infusion techniques while ensuring patient safety and well-being.
