The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic assessments, therapeutic interventions, and medication management for patients with a variety of mental health disorders. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess mental health needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.Provide psychotherapy and counseling as appropriate, using evidence-based modalities.Manage psychiatric medications, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting dosages as needed.Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure holistic patient care.Qualifications:MD or DO degree with completion of a residency in Psychiatry.Board certification in Psychiatry (or board-eligible).Valid state medical license and DEA registration.Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible scheduling options.Continuing education opportunities.Supportive work environment focused on professional growth.
