WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Domino's Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of the restaurant while creating an outstanding experience for our customers and team members. Your responsibilities include: Leading shifts and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Coaching, training, and motivating team members. Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns. Maintaining high standards for food quality, product consistency, and order accuracy. Managing labor, food costs, inventory, and waste. Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and company operating standards are followed. Managing cash handling, deposits, and shift paperwork. Helping meet store goals for sales, profitability, service, and operational performance. Setting the example by working alongside your team. You'll be more than just a manager — you'll be a leader who makes a difference every shift!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
