By combining all these factors, Arbol brings scale, transparency, and efficiency to parametric coverage.We are looking for a highly capable Strategy & Operations Associate to help build and scale a growing fintech business.You will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across product, technology, sales, finance, and operations. The role combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on execution: you will identify important business problems, develop practical solutions, and remain involved until those solutions are working in practice.This is not a purely advisory role. You will have direct ownership over critical workflows, operating metrics, and cross-functional initiatives that affect customers, partners, and financial performance.The ideal candidate is a smart, adaptable generalist who learns quickly, exercises strong judgment, and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous problems.What You'll Be DoingOwn and improve critical business workflows across customer onboarding, transaction execution, account servicing, partner management, reporting, and other core operationsIdentify operational bottlenecks and build scalable processes, controls, and documentation to address themWork with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear requirements for internal tools, customer-facing products, and automationBuild reporting that gives the team visibility into growth, conversion, turnaround times, service levels, unit economics, and other key performance indicatorsAnalyze business performance and recommend changes to improve growth, efficiency, economics, and customer experienceCoordinate across product, technology, sales, finance, operations, and external partners to keep important initiatives movingSupport the development and launch of new products, partnerships, and distribution channelsConduct market, competitor, and strategic analysis to inform business prioritiesManage high-priority projects from initial problem definition through implementation and ongoing performance monitoringHelp establish the operating cadence, processes, and infrastructure required to scale the businessStep into emerging problems that do not fit neatly within an existing function and take responsibility for resolving themWhat You'll NeedOne to two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, fintech, or another analytically rigorous environmentManagement consulting experience is especially attractive because of the role's emphasis on structured problem-solving, cross-functional execution, and working through ambiguityStrong analytical skills and comfort working with financial and operational dataAn ability to understand complex systems, identify what matters, and translate analysis into actionStrong project-management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive work forward without constant supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail without losing sight of broader commercial prioritiesComfort operating in a fast-moving environment where responsibilities may evolve as the business growsA low-ego, high-ownership approach and a willingness to move between strategic analysis and detailed executionProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, data-visualization tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled tools is helpful but not requiredWhat's Great to HaveDirect fintech or financial-services experience is helpful but not required.
