Location: Nashville TN (Onsite/Remote)

Total Hours: 704 Hrs

Weekly Hours: Estimating 32 – 40 a week

Lead Level ITOM TC to support Discovery/CMDB workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solution, configure solution and provide advisory support.

Do not expect workshops sessions to start until Mid to late October. Workshop may be onsite in Nashville, TN for 2 – 3 days, this is still TBD, but resource should be okay with travel.

Additional activities to consider:

• Execute ServiceNow Discovery module configuration and customization based on approved designs

• Design and implement MID Server infrastructure (up to 5 MID Servers) for credential management and discovery execution

• Configure Discovery probes, sensors, and patterns to discover and map IT infrastructure across multiple data centers

• Develop and implement asset discovery scoping, range sets, and discovery schedules

• Configure CMDB CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management for infrastructure assets

• Execute discovery runs and validate data collection across 15,000+ servers and network devices

• Implement cloud vendor infrastructure discovery and integration (up to 1 supported cloud provider)

• Develop discovery data transformation and CI sampling strategies

• Manage integrations between Discovery and parallel ITSM/CSM modules for event-driven case creation

• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and discovery optimization

• Develop technical documentation and Discovery architecture diagrams

• Mentor junior technical resources and support knowledge transfer

• Support production deployment and post-go-live discovery optimization

Required:

• Must have strong ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and CMDB experience in a lead role

• Holds active ServiceNow certifications in CSA, Discovery, and CMDB

• Must have strong English communication Skills

• Willing to travel to and work onsite in Nashville, TN for a 2-3 day workshop

• Must be located on US or Canadian Soil
