Position Overview Senior Stair Installer & Delivery Driver – $75K + $15K Sign-On Bonus Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday (+additional hours as needed) Pay: $75,000/year (non-exempt + overtime eligible) $15K Sign-On Bonus Paid as 3 installments of $5,000 Issued at 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months Must be actively employed at time of payout StepIntoa Senior-Level Role Southern Staircase (Edge Building Solutions) is seeking an experienced carpenter/installer for a hands‑on, field‑based role installing high‑end stair systems. This is NOT a delivery‑only position —you’ll be actively installing on job sites while also handling deliveries. What’s In It for You:
