Greystar Portland is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for safety and cleanliness. You will diagnose defects, complete the make-ready process for vacant units, track materials, and document service requests.
