Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty ????✨

Per Diem (PRN) | One‑on‑One Care

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for our wonderful pediatric clients in the Westmoreland area . This is a great opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and see the impact of your work every single day-all in a supportive home setting.

???? What You'll Do
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Perform g-tube care/feedings
  • Monitor vitals
  • Monitor seizures
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
  • Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
✅ What You'll Need
  • Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
