Salary: Flexible starting rate - depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations within our aerospace and precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the Quality team, maintaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance , driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and develop the Quality team and daily QA operations.
• Manage audits, inspections, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer specifications.
• Review blueprints, GD&T, and aerospace drawings.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Utilize SPC and quality metrics to improve processes and performance.

• Quality management experience in aerospace, precision machining, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, GD&T, SPC, and auditing processes.
• Experience leading quality teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Coral Springs, FL.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
