Position Highlights Flexibility in schedule with a 4- or 5-day work week Call coverage at Northern Light Mayo Hospital for obstetrics and pediatric (NBN) care, 1:4 days. Experienced team and collaborative atmosphere Supportive senior admin team Convenient access to hospital-based resources Several specialty services on site including urology, diabetes care, integrated behavioral health as well as radiology and phlebotomy on site Rural, family-friendly community with a strong sense of connection J-1 waiver sponsorship is available, with a pathway to permanent residency (Green Card), supported by experienced immigration counsel Compensation information $268,750 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
