Join a mission-driven Health and Wellness Clinic serving a diverse population in the heart of the Monterey Peninsula. Work with a collaborative, well-supported outpt. team of 9 providers (5 physicians and 4 APP's) that provide care for patients of all ages.

Job Details

• Full time outpatient PA role (1.0 FTE) with four 10 hour shifts + occasional Saturday rotation
• Spanish fluency required; patient panel includes all ages/ages 5+
• Compensation: $132,000-$144,000 base + productivity, no call
• Daily volume: 20-24 patients with dedicated MA support
• Benefits include NHSC loan repayment eligibility, CME funds, malpractice, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and generous PTO
