Hospital Addiction Recovery Coach - Patient Engagement

Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts is expanding its addiction services with a grant-funded Recovery Coach position. The role focuses on peer recovery support to engage patients in treatment and recovery within our hospital setting. The Recovery Coach will work collaboratively with ED and inpatient care teams, help identify patient needs and resources, and develop individualized treatment plans to support sustained recovery and connection to community services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cambridge Health Alliance
