Valley View Healthcare & Rehab is a 40 bed nursing facility located in beautiful Houston, Minnesota Bluff Country. At Valley View, we take pride in fostering a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, providing a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Are you new to the role of a Nursing Assistant? No worries! We have a specialized training program conducted onsite to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. We invest in your success.

The role of a Certified Nursing Assistant is to assist our residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity. CNA's provide emotional support and companionship to residents. In addition, this role collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of all residents.
