Guaranteed hours with a potential for one shift to be canceled per pay period.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of skilled home health RN experience required.Oregon RN license required.BCLS/BLS certification required.Oasis experience required.First-time travel RNs accepted.References: 2 required covering 1 year within the last 3 years.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care in a home health setting.Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.Administer medications and manage IV therapies.Perform wound care and manage stomas and G-tubes.Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.Document patient progress and changes in condition.Compliance / NotesMust commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays.
