Mobile Architect

Seeking a Mobile Architect with strong expertise in native iOS and Android development to design scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modern mobile architecture patterns, advanced device capabilities, and mobile DevOps practices.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong experience with SwiftUI, UIKit interoperability, Combine, and Async/Await.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and LiveData.
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns including Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI, modularization, and offline-first designs.
• Hands-on experience with advanced device capabilities such as BLE, UWB, NFC, sensors, hardware APIs, and location services.
• Strong knowledge of mobile security including Secure Enclave/Keystore, certificate pinning, OAuth2, PKCE, device binding, and jailbreak/root detection.
• Experience with performance optimization, profiling, memory management, and battery optimization.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD tools including Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and app store release management.
• Familiarity with crash analytics tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end mobile architecture for iOS and Android applications.
• Drive adoption of SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and modern native development practices.
• Design scalable architectures using modular and feature-based approaches.
• Lead implementation of advanced mobile capabilities and OS integrations.
• Establish reusable frameworks, SDKs, authentication, networking, and design components.
• Define performance benchmarks and optimize application performance.
• Implement mobile security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API integration and data strategies.
• Enable offline capabilities through caching and synchronization strategies.
• Drive CI/CD automation, release management, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, mentor teams, and provide technical leadership.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), AI, and edge computing.
