Family Coach: Home Visits & Family Empowerment
HIRED (MN)
Hired is seeking a Family Coach who will develop trusting relationships with families through individualized coaching, home visits, and referrals to community resources. The role uses Parents as Teachers’ curriculum to support positive child and family outcomes, with most work in person and some hybrid options.
The position requires travel to meet families, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices in a diverse Twin Cities
