Subway Assistant Manager

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our Subway team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, build leadership skills, and help run a successful store.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help with daily operations, support the team, serve customers, and make sure the restaurant stays clean, organized, and running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Help lead and support a team of employees
• Make sure guests have a great experience
• Prepare and serve food while following Subway standards
• Help keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and product ordering
• Train and coach team members
• Help make sure food safety, security, and restaurant standards are followed
• Support promotions, special events, and new product rollouts

What we're looking for:

• Restaurant experience preferred
• Some leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Reliable and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and help others
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds when needed
