Responsibilities

• Meet new business production/Sales goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with similar business structures
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. 
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

Must Be Willing To Obtain Property and Casualty License and Life License.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
