Job Title

We are looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of on-the-job experience in verifiable restoration estimator role working with Xactimate
• Is organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Communicates effectively in person, via email & phone.
• Has strong technology skills and is comfortable learning new systems.

Key responsibilities and duties

• Conduct thorough job scopes and ensure estimates are completed and approved within established timelines.
• Work with Project Managers on project budgets, supplements, job costs, and timely customer collections.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and team members throughout the project.
• Participate in project hand-offs, team meetings, and completed-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform a physically active job, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting/moving 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check for work on insurance-related claims.
• Basic smartphone, email, and technology skills.
