Tax Senior Associate Tampa, Florida | Hybrid
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare a broad range of tax returns including individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, and other business entities
- Assist with preparation of financial statement reviews
- Conduct tax research to resolve basic to intermediate-level client issues
- Support client engagements with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality
- Build strong internal relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Deliver a high-touch client experience through proactive communication and execution
- Assist in mentoring and developing interns and junior staff
- Contribute to firm initiatives and community involvement efforts
- Support client success through timely and accurate completion of deliverables
- 2-6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with individual and entity tax compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with interest in mentoring others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- High integrity and professional standards
