About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Commercial Pricing to take on a pivotal role in the modernization of pricing frameworks and the development of advanced analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in the strategic direction of the company, with a focus on large account pricing. This leadership position requires a professional with a Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a minimum of 15 years of actuarial experience, particularly in the area of commercial pricing. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work with massive data sets, and a comfort with ambiguity are essential. The role also demands client-facing skills and a proactive approach to driving change and innovation.
