Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) a valid Texas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS credentials are preferred.
