Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years previous experience, a passion for service, is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Essential Job requirements Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to prepare and serve smoothies, drinks (beer and wine) and grab and go food items Take orders and serve poolside guests Ability to multi-task and change priorities at any moment Proficient in math Accuracy with cash and credit card transactions Serve guests with a smile Attention to detail is a must Ability to work at a fast pace with multiple demands Ability to work with minimum supervision Weekends and Holidays are required Must be fluent in English - bilingual preferred Previous server experience required Physical Requirements & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
