Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $3,148 per week

TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing position in Tacoma, Washington. Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week, 10‑hour shifts (night) Employment Type: Travel Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend to be determined. Job ID: #1420623. Responsibilities Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor. Monitor contractions and assist patients with breathing techniques. Check cervix periodically to monitor progression or lack of dilation. Ensure beds are kept clean and dry; clean up bodily fluids before and after birthing. Aid the physician with drapes, gloves, gowns, delivery instruments, etc. Provide immediate care of the newborn. Stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean, stoop without difficulty; lift up to 20–50 pounds as needed. Requirements 3+ years recent acute care experience. BLS, NRP, AWHONN certification for 2 years. Additional certifications may be required prior to assignment.
