Associate Veterinarian

We're seeking compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarians to join our growing small animal practices. Responsibilities Provide general medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals. Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and basic ultrasounds. Manage a daily caseload of approximately 15–20 patients. Educate clients and collaborate with an experienced veterinary team. Qualifications DVM or VMD degree Active veterinary license (or eligible for licensure) Experience in small animal practice Strong communication and client service skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary: $135,000–$180,000 Non-production bonus program Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with employer match Continuing education allowance Mentorship and career growth opportunities No on‑call schedule and limited Saturdays Relocation and sign‑on assistance available for qualified candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
