Overview Eosol Group is Hiring: Site Manager FV Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team for an exciting photovoltaic project in the construction phase. Responsibilities Project Supervision: Lead and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Team Management: Supervise and direct the site construction team, including subcontractors and labor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the work meets Eosol Group's high standards and project requirements. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures. Maintain a strong safety culture. Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and manage the project schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track. Budget Management: Work with the project management team to monitor project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation to stay within budget. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and communication. Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the construction phase. Documentation: Ensure all site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and progress logs, is accurately maintained. Qualifications and Experience Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within photovoltaic projects during the construction phase. Work Authorization: Must possess a valid work permit for the USA. Language Skills: Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, construction methodologies, and relevant technologies. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team. Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Communication Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
