Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Physical Therapist, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric and adult patients, identifying their physical limitations and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implement effective interventions through hands-on techniques, exercises, and educational strategies aimed at promoting recovery.
• Regularly reassess patient progress, utilizing clinical indicators to adjust treatment approaches as necessary in accordance with their evolving health status.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, completing SOAP notes and progress summaries using our electronic health record system within established timelines.
• Educate patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation processes and address any concerns they may have about their recovery journeys.
• Achieve service utilization targets and meet organizational objectives as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients receiving multifaceted services.
• Serve as an ambassador for Vitality Care Clinic, promoting our core values and enhancing the company's supportive culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a wide array of patients, including children, adults, and elderly individuals with diverse backgrounds and diagnoses. You will create strong, trusting therapeutic relationships that foster optimal rehabilitation outcomes and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in California as required by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Flexibility to provide care in both in-person and telehealth environments, ensuring accessibility for all patients.
• A passion for working with a diverse patient population, along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with individuals from various age groups and backgrounds.
