Shift - Full Time 1st Shift Shift - Full Time 1st Shift  We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Employment Type  Full time Shift  1st Shift Description  Dietary Aide Location  St Joseph PACE Hours  8-4:30 Monday through Friday Shift - Full Time 1st Shift  We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused  Dietary Aide  to support our nutrition services team and help provide high-quality dining experiences for participants in our PACE program. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, meal service, snacks, and nutritional supplements under the direction of the Dietitian or designee. Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas while ensuring participant dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment by following established food safety and infection control practices. Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties within the dietary department. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support participant care and satisfaction. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and required training programs. Maintain confidentiality of participant, family, and organizational information. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to two years of food preparation experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates with less experience. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
