We provide qualified leads, so you can focus on selling — not chasing prospects. Cold calling and door knocking are not required, but encouraged for entrepreneurial salespeople who want to maximize their earnings. If you have sales experience and want a high earning opportunity in the home services industry, this role offers strong income potential and long term growth. Compensation Base Salary: $25,000 On Target Earnings: $120,000+ when minimum quota is met Leads Provided: No cold calling or door knocking required Commission Structure: High earning potential with uncapped commissions Benefits: Medical, Dental, and 401(k) plans available Entrepreneurial Upside: Additional earnings available for those who self generate leads Responsibilities Schedule appointments, meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing, siding, and gutter needs Present solutions, pricing, and product options Follow up with company generated leads and manage your sales pipeline Build trust through clear communication and honest recommendations Work with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff Support company growth as we expand across Cincinnati/NKY Optional: self generate leads through networking, referrals, or door to door outreach Qualifications Required: 2+ years of sales experience (any industry) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to learn roofing, siding, and gutter systems (training provided) Self motivated and goal driven Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to carry ladder, climb on roofs, and clime into attics for consultations Preferred: Home services sales experience (roofing, HVAC, windows, pest control, landscaping, etc.) More than 1 year with a single employer Experience with in home consultations or field sales Familiarity with CRM systems (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Roofr, or similar) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
