Job Details Position Description: Provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical surgical conditions, including telemetry and cardiac monitoring, in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Qualifications: Active Iowa licensure or multistate license, 24 months of recent experience in medical surgical or telemetry nursing, BLS certification, experience with EPIC electronic medical records, proficiency with Heparin, and ability to care for all patient types. Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Recent experience with charge or precepting, humanitarian or leadership roles, strong telemetry/cardiac background, and recent performance evaluations. Additional Information: Candidates must have completed at least one travel contract within the past 18 months, proficient in caring for diverse patient populations, and willing to float across all campuses associated with the healthcare organization. Submission requires professional references from supervisors or nurse managers within the past 24 months, drivers license, and relevant certifications.
