About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Personal Training to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a high-performing leader with a proven track record in multi-unit leadership within the fitness industry. This role is pivotal in driving the management and production of personal training services, with a focus on achieving revenue objectives and fostering a culture of results, performance, and team leadership. Responsibilities include hiring, developing, and managing a team of qualified district and regional managers, as well as overseeing the performance and growth of personal training staff. The role demands a strategic, data-driven leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who is passionate about health and fitness and is dedicated to transforming lives and driving performance. Applicants for the Vice President of Personal Training position at the company should have at least 7 years' of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in personal training sales, profitability, and operational performance.
