What You'll Be Doing

• Design Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies that assist them in reaching their daily living goals
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Leverage evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and routine activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic methods, ensuring sustained progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust as Necessary: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans to ensure patients remain on course

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and advanced certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
