About the Role
We’re working with a progressive small animal veterinary hospital in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations while delivering high-quality care to dogs and cats. This position combines hands-on veterinary medicine with leadership responsibilities , offering the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor team members, and support hospital growth.
The Medical Director will play a key role in fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring clinical excellence, and driving best practices in patient care.

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Hospital hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Rotating weekends as needed
Candidate Profile
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
