Understanding of medical terminology. Two years' experience in a medical-related field preferred. Additional Skills Strong verbal communication skills. Effectively able to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner. Must be able to type 35 wpm and be computer literate. The candidate/employee must be committed to excellent customer service when dealing with all types of patients, internal and external. Working Conditions/Physical Demand Primary office environment/workstation. Potential exposure to communicable disease. Physical requirements Stooping: Bending the body downward and forward by bending the spine at the waist.
