Your Responsibilities

• Manage Comprehensive Searches from initial discussions to the final closing.

• Optimize Our Platform to efficiently manage candidates, oversee outreach, automate follow-up tasks, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements delivering long-term client value, which in turn increases your commissions.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we raise the profile of our community—and yours.
