Call Center Representative
Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Day Shift
System One is hiring a Call Center Representative for a busy medical clinic in Tulsa! We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from patients and customers
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff members
- Provide general information and answer basic questions
- Assist callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Document and log incoming and outgoing calls accurately
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Support the clinic with additional front-office and call center duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Previous call center, receptionist, medical office, or healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift Location: On-site in Tulsa
