Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities: Machine tending: safely load raw materials, components, or parts into the production machine and remove the finished products after the cycle. Basic assembly: perform minor post-production assembly, deburring, or trimming tasks on the finished product before staging. Visual inspection: conduct continuous visual inspections of output to quickly identify common defects or quality issues. Packaging: count, weigh, and package finished goods according to client specifications and prepare them for warehousing or shipping. Cleanliness: maintain the cleanliness and organization of the machine and the immediate work area throughout the shift. location: Southington, CT work hours: Variable qualifications: up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting) dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images.
