Responsibilities as a Field Supervisor include supporting Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Comcast Genesis, and Comcast system upgrades. In addition, you will give direction to multiple crews and their job-site activities, develop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom, provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers, lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture, and drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.

Qualifications include being familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work. You must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes. Applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record.

Compensation of $26-$32 per hour, depending on the experience.
