We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurant. This is a true restaurant leadership role with responsibility for both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and effective team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and has a proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient restaurant performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to build a strong restaurant culture.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Support P&L performance by driving sales, controlling costs, and improving profitability.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and provide leadership during high-volume service periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience .
• Experience leading both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.
• Background in full-service casual dining preferred; strong fast casual leadership experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in high-volume restaurants.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Candidates must currently reside in California and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned territory.
• No relocation assistance available.
