Salary: $124,000 - 164,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• 9 years of experience with AppDynamics Application Performance Monitoring.
• 9 years of experience with Splunk.
• 5 years of experience with automation tools.
• 5 years of experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• 5 years of experience with Prometheus.
• 5 years of experience with Python.
• 9 years of experience with SNOW.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with leadership inside and outside the group.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of automation principles and tools, such as Ansible and Selenium.
• Experience with mainframe technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed organization.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic, complex environment.

• Consult on or contribute to moderately complex Software Engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Support large-scale planning for Software Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze complex challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Help resolve moderately complex issues and work with others to meet deliverables.
• Apply an understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
