Lead Residential New Construction HVAC Installation Technician Thielmann Group, a trusted name in Milwaukee Area HVAC since 1929, continues to provide 5-star customer service and is growing with three locations. Responsibilities Install and commission Residential HVAC systems and equipment. Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete. Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards. Collaborate with the Restoration department to ensure a seamless installation process. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential New Construction HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to read blueprints and follow a construction plan. Strong understanding of Residential HVAC systems and components. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
