Honda of North Hollywood is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager who knows how to turn great deals into exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers to secure the best financing and protection options for their vehicle purchase
- Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and professionally
- Structure deals and submit credit applications to lenders to secure approvals
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a smooth and efficient delivery process for customers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
- Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit structures, and deal funding
- Excellent closing and product presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
- Experience with dealership management systems and CRM tools
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism
