Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Permanent Position w/ Full Benefits Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business 4 years of experience in income tax compliance and accounting Experience doing consolidated federal and unitary state tax return preparation Experience with C-Corps and ASC740 Nice to Have Skills & Experience Master's Degree CPA Experience working in a large advisory/accounting form, investment banking or public accounting Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Income Tax Analyst in the Greater Minneapolis area. This individual will assist in the areas of filing the corporate federal and state income tax returns and extensions and the computation of estimated tax payments and tax accruals. Duties include participating in the preparation of all required federal consolidated and state income tax returns and claims for refund to ensure accurate and timely filing and minimization of tax liability, determination of the monthly tax accruals and disclosures to ensure compliance with IRS, GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and regulatory income tax accounting and public utility normalization requirements and assisting in implementing company tax policies in order to maintain compliance with governmental regulatory agencies, assisting in the annual preparation of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Form 1 and Uniform Statistical Report.
