Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice under supervision in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor responses and document accurately.
- Perform routine nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, intake/output, and update care plans as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures; promote independence where possible.
- Monitor for changes in condition, report to the supervising nurse promptly, and respond to call lights with appropriate action.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and participate in care coordination.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and participate in a travel temporary assignment.
