The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Rock View CCSS at Southern Highlands Community Mental Health C provides personalized support to individuals with disabilities, helping with daily living, personal hygiene, meal prep, transportation, and community participation.
You will implement individualized care plans, document progress, collaborate with the team and families, and support clients to develop life skills and independence in a respectful, person-centered environment.
