SUMMARY

Thisis an entry level position assisting in daily Front of House operations.Maintain all aspects of the service areas. Serve as a support to the DiningRoom team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Demonstrates knowledge of basic dining roomstandards and etiquette Polishing/Distributing all types of glasses andsilverware Demonstrates knowledge of table numbers Able to clear/set/reset a table Delivers food from the kitchen to the guests Ability to present a table side service of CesarSalad Location/Retrieval of Ice Assists with side work and cleaning before, during,and after each shift

QUALIFICATIONS

Mustbe at least 16 years of age Mustbe well-groomed and well-presented Musthave reliable transportation Familiarity withForbes Standards Ability tocommunicate in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French Certification inalcohol awareness program Certification inCPR
